How many courses can I attend?

You can choose to attend just one VERSATILE course or two or up to all eight of them if you would like to do a full virtual exchange semester. If you choose a course hosted by your home university, please make sure you haven’t attended this course before.

How will my credits be transferred to my home University?

Two documents will ensure that the ECTS you have earned will be recognised at your home university: the Learning Agreement before Mobility and the Transcript of Records that you will receive at the end of the VERSATILE Semester. Please show both at your home university for recognition.

What is a Learning Agreement?

The Learning Agreement (LA) records that the Erasmus (VERSATILE) participant, the sending institution (your home university) and the receiving institution (Team VERSATILE/the four partner universities) agree on the accreditation for your VERSATILE semester or courses. Please discuss the form with your university’s VERSATILE contact person listed in the drop down menu of the LA if you have questions.

Do I need to register at all four partner universities?

No, you only need to register once for all four universities via the link above. As the Lead Partner Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences will process all applications via their Mobility portal and forward necessary data safely to the partners as needed.

There is one extra step for students choosing courses at the University of Derby: you’ll receive an ‘invite to enrol’ email asking you to complete enrolment, select modules and accept the Terms and Conditions. We will provide you with close guidance and detailed instructions after you have been admitted.

Why does the Centre for Internationalisation and Languages at MoveON4.de send a submission confirmation to my VERSATILE application?
